FALL 2009 Thank you for utilizing our online scheduling system. We appreciate the time you have taken to familiarize yourself with the system, especially since we know it is not something you will be using every day! However, by using this system, it directly allows us to spend more time in classrooms presentations and updating the Red Barn Learning Centers (formerly Make & Take Activities). Please note that we are aware that there was some confusion last year when you looked at the calendar and saw both classroom presentations and the Make & Take Activity totes on one calendar. To alleviate that confusion (and congestion on the calendar), a second scheduling calendar has been added. Going forward:
